Elegant Ewe Travel Waiver *

By submitting this Enrollment Form you agree to the following waiver: I acknowledge that Elegant Ewe Travel, LLC is not responsible nor liable for any damages and/or injuries I may incur while traveling on any tours arranged and led by Elegant Ewe Travel, LLC. I hereby agree to hold harmless Elegant Ewe Travel, LLC from any liability for any damages incurred while traveling with any tours arranged and led by Elegant Ewe Travel, LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, damages that may result from delayed flights or ferry or rail trips, lost luggage, or from injuries incurred while staying at any accommodations booked by Elegant Ewe Travel, LLC. I further agree that should I bring any claims against Elegant Ewe Travel, LLC for any reason, I agree that all claims shall be pursued in an arbitration conducted pursuant to the American Arbitration Association rules pertaining to commercial disputes unless the parties agree otherwise and governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without reference to its choice of law principles. I further understand that this tour may be cancelled at any time due to unforeseen events or occurrences beyond our control making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable (e.g., insufficient enrollment), illegal, or impossible, including but not limited to bankruptcy of a subcontractor or vendor, illness or death of tour operators, or other Acts of God. I acknowledge that I am responsible for arranging my own international flight arrangements and will not hold Elegant Ewe Travel, LLC liable in any way if I neglect to do so. I acknowledge that I am able to meet the activity level set forth in the itinerary and that the trip is inalterable in the event that I am unable. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Waiver Acceptance -- must be checked in order to submit Enrollment Form.
